Report Scheduler For Crystal Reports
Report Scheduler for Crystal Reports has an extremely simple interface that makes setting up your Crystal Reports schedules easy and quick! It consists of just one form with three tabs namely, Report Settings, Database and Schedules.

The header of the form allows you to add and remove printing schedules. Selecting a schedule displays its information in the bottom half of the form. You can duplicate a schedule by clicking on the "Save As" button near the bottom right of the form.
  The Report Settings tab

The Report Settings tab allows you to define the output format of your report. You may set the Report Name, choose the report and decide whether you wish to Print or Email the report. Further options are shown based on your choice of Export Format. For example, Figure No. 1 shows the form with the "Printer" format selected. You may now select the printer and specify the number of copies to print.

The bottom half of this tab allows you to specify any applications or scripts you would like to have run before (Pre-Process), during (Exec-Process) or after (Post-Process) the printing process.
  The Database tab

The Database tab allows you to select the database from where the report will be getting its information. You may specify the database access parameters (like the Login name and Password), and also the parameters for the report itself. You can add and remove parameters using the "Add" and "Remove" buttons at the bottom of the Report Parameter group box.
  The Schedules tab

The Schedules tab allows you to specify the intervals at which you would like to print this report. You can have the report print weekly on specific days, monthly on a specific date, or both. In Figure 3, the report has been set to print on every Monday, Tuesday and Sunday of the week, and every 10th of the month
