15 September 2006 - San Antonio bank signs with ProductiveGap - Client signs up for large scale replacement of disparate legacy friction filled applications and upgrades to a Microsoft Dynamics CRM and GP integrated solution to enable their business success.

15 August 2006 - ProductiveGap Continues to Grow – ProductiveGap continued it rapid growth adding clients and team members. The most customers were added in the Hosted CRM area. We have seen Hosted CRM as a key offering and clients are liking it as a feature dominate solution at half the cost of competitors. On the team side we continued to hire and simultaneously our team achieved more certifications. ProductiveGap now has more than 15 Microsoft Dynamics certifications on staff with more than 4 master certified Dynamics expert consultants. We also achieved high levels of certification in integration software to include the CRM to Great Plains integration.

July 2006 - ProductiveGap Attends World Wide Partner Conference– ProductiveGap continued its investment in knowledge growth and partnering by investing in and attending WWPC in Boston for 10 days in July. This is a long time to be away but it is well worth it for the knowledge share. See our Blog for more details. It is also a great time to catch up with old friends and partners while discovering new relationships and building new bridges.

15 April 2006 - ProductiveGap Continues to Grow – ProductiveGap continued it rapid growth adding clients and team members. Clients were added in the membership organizations, insurance and bio-technical areas. Team members were hired bringing on more certifications, MBA's and business process consultants.

5 March 2006 – ProductiveGap Launches Hosted MS CRM - Immediately signs clients on day one. Systems deployed in hours. Client is a leader in the Financial Services vertical.

28 February 2006 - ProductiveGap lands major Commercial Real Estate Firm – ProductiveGap landed a major Commercial Real Estate company in the Texas Region. The solution will involve basic migration from Outlook, Exchange, Spreadsheets and ACT!. This project will also involve the extensive customization of MS CRM to mirror the existing business nomenclature and process. Custom extensions will also be built to handle industry specific processes and reporting.

15 February 2006 – ProductiveGap Launches “Productive Pack” - Tools pack of CRM Extensions and features to make users more productive. See the products area. Tools revolve around Mapping locations, Searching the internet for objects, formatting data input, and quick quoting. All products leverage off the features in MS CRM but execute them more efficiently and make your team members more productive.

2 February 2006 – ProductiveGap conducts major Microsoft CRM event - 70+ people attend to see MSFT CRM extensions, customizations, administration and application demonstrations.

15 January 2006 – ProductiveGap Delivers Association Management modules. - Productive Gap delivered a suite of products revolving around membership management and associations management. This quite of products includes, custom modules and reports and views for MS CRM.
