GENERAL JOB SUMMARY

Effectively produce ProductiveGap’s Microsoft Dynamics CRM related Applications and .NET Development projects, customizations, products and services while maintaining the highest levels of delivery, quality, professionalism and customer service.

We will interview anyone and hire anyone that is an A player! The ideal candidate will have some prior consulting experience or technical experience implementing and supporting ASP.NET, MS CRM software or similar products. This is not required but it is a plus.

Prior experience with MS CRM is favorable but not required. Job tasks might include software customization and development, configuration, lead implementation and user support. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Perform advanced, business purpose driven customizations to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Platform.
  • Architect and deliver high quality code development projects that comply with all the Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK supports standards and norms.
  • Analyze and Design applications using among others: ASP, .NET, C#, Web Services, Java Script, XML, SQL Server, and Visual Studio.
  • Formulates and defines specifications and implements systems of varying complexity (including the modification of existing systems)
  • Work effectively with all members of a technical project team.
  • Provide complete and clear communication with team, users and customers on project scope, uses, completion timelines and project progression
  • Maintain detailed records of project and non-project time.
  • Work development projects in a lifecycle environment.
  • Lead extended development team both in and out of project environment.
  • Perform Software Quality Assurance and make necessary adjustments
  • Perform assigned tasks and run projects effectively through self-direction
  • Consistent use of project management and follow through skills

ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

We are seeking a candidate with applied .NET web development experience. You should be fully versed in front and back-end programming utilizing the ASP.NET framework. This position will be primarily technical in nature but also requires strong team and customer interface abilities. You will need to be comfortable with rapidly changing and evolving business models and highly productive cross-functional teams. No one with fear of change need apply, as the ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced interdisciplinary team environment.

  • Abilities:
    • Understanding and experience with object-oriented design and architectural practices
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills, including ability to organize time and work on multiple tasks and follow through to completion of task or project
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including high degree of attention to detail and accurate processes
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently or with a team
  • Certifications/Education: BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience:
    • 5-10 years of experience in web application development technologies and standards
    • Commercial Software Release experience to public users
    • Demonstrated experience in delivering Web-based applications
    • Demonstrated project estimation experience
    • Strong programming experience (4+ years) using Microsoft .NET technologies in a web-centric environment
    • Experience with data modeling and design, especially using Microsoft SQL Server
    • Software Lifecycle experience
    • Nice to Have but not complete necessary:
      • Great Plainsor ERP familiarization
      • Microsoft Dynamics platform experience
      • Experience with a major consulting firm (Accenture, Deloitte, BearingPoint)
      • Front-end UI design experience
