Job Title: Client Account Associate
Productively and effectively supports the daily business operations for the Client Account Services department for ProductiveGap. Provides Client Relations and Client Account Management support for new and existing clients while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and customer service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assists Client Account Managers (CAM) with quotes, contracts, client requests and invoices.
Assists CAM with maintaining Project and client files – knows where every project stands.
Assists CAM with gathering deliverables from clients.
Updates and coordinates with CAM on client related issues or any emergencies throughout the day.
Works with Sales Team on the transfer and transition of new clients.
Communicates with team members on CAM and client related requests and issues.
Interacts with other departments on project or task status.
Provides necessary status back to CAM’s and Clients.
Works with team to determine departmental priorities.
Maintains complete and accurate notes on all assigned tasks.
Gathers and maintains reports and team tasks.
Ensures task and project closure.
REQUIREMENTS, CERTIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Service motivated- must be able to actively listen to clients’ needs and transform the service to meet and exceed expectations. Interprets and understands client requests.

Ability to multi-task in a fairly dynamic environment.
Organizational skills and the flexibility to change your schedule to meet the needs of clients and prospects.
Individual must be customer oriented with very strong verbal and written skills.
Attention to detail, prompt and reliable attendance, positive attitude a must
Certifications: N/A, however project management skills are desirable.
Experience: 1 – 2 years of client management related services preferred
