ProductiveGap is seeking professional, self directed, team oriented, competitive, and highly-motivated Sales and Business Development people.

The position offers a base pay plus commissions based on quota attained with a minimum expectation in First year: $60-80k+ and Second year: $80-120k+. The commission plan is uncapped and performance driven so you can make as much as you want. Vacation and health benefits are industry leading and excellent. Matching retirement plan is available. This position will be actively involved in all aspects of business development and sales including prospecting, cold calling, new account development, closing, growth of existing accounts, and preparing sales forecasts. The role will serve as the solutions-focused account manager through the sales cycle, from opportunity assessment to assisting in closing new business. This role will own the entire solutions sales process for assigned prospect accounts, from cradle-to-grave.

Minimum of 5 years of business to business outside sales experience preferably in the local market
Experienced in new business generation and dealing with C-level contacts
Proven track record of success
Expertise with MS Office and CRM software
Strong track record of negotiation and closing skills
Team/matrix solutions selling experience is desired
Solution Selling training and certifications a plus
Technical certifications or advanced degrees a plus
EXPERIENCE:

Working with an account team to craft the implementation approach and phased delivery roadmap.
Working with a Sales team and the Solutions management staff to build the detailed staffing requirements, services effort estimates and project timelines.

Developing services-related content for sales proposals, and presenting this content along with implementation approach and methodology to the prospective customer.

Developing the detailed content and writing the statement of work (SOW) document, and working with the customer to finalizing the SOW, through closing the deal.

Acting as a conduit for knowledge transfer between the Sales and Solutions organizations during the sales cycle, and after closing the deal to ensure that the project delivery team is set up for success.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field with a minimum of 5+ years of applicable industry experience
Mid Market Software implementation consulting experience: Great Plains, Solomon, MS CRM, SalesLogix, Best, MAS, SalesForce.com

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Examples of work
Strong personal presentation, poise, customer facing experience with some sales experience - References a must
Proven success working in a matrix management environment
IT Project management experience
Entrepreneurial and start up experience a plus
