GENERAL JOB SUMMARY

ProductiveGap is the region's leading provider of Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) - Dynamics CRM software consulting, implementation and support services.

We are looking for top notch, A-players who want to join a team and help build a company! They do not need any experience at all. We will interview anyone and hire anyone that is an A player! The ideal candidate will have some prior consulting experience or technical experience implementing and supporting ASP.NET, MS CRM software or similar products. This is not required but it is a plus.

Prior experience with MS CRM is favorable but not required. Job tasks might include software customization and development, configuration, lead implementation and user support. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Train and learn and grow as a MS CRM consultant and or developer
• Follow project management requirements, user and customer requirements
• Utilize business application technologies in a variety of relevant languages to develop packaged software on medium to highly complex projects
• Conceptualize and design architectural and system-wide object
• Engage in skill-related work assignments of moderate to high complexity with high degree of independence.
• Conduct CRM & technology research and development with little direction
• Perform end-user training for the project team and end users
• Analyze, develop & implement ASP.NET in the CRM environment
• Enforce development and implementation standards on assigned projects
• Follow implementation, configuration & testing tasks within project schedules
• Document application requirements, technical specifications, use-cases, workflow processes
• Perform application and system troubleshooting skills
• Provide QC oversight on assigned projects
  

REQUIREMENTS, CERTIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Desire to grow and learn and be a part of a team
• Bachelors degree
• Strong communication skills
• Proven team player and leadership skills
• Strong business presence is a must.
• 1+ years technical software implementation experience or general consulting experience preferred
• Undergraduate business or technical degree or equivalent experience
• Prior Sales, Marketing and Service experience preferred
• Familiarization with current technologies including MS .NET framework, MS C#, MS SQL Server, HTML, MS ASP.NET & JavaScript
